TEDxKyoto has decided to reschedule its May 10th, 2020 TEDxKyoto event due to the ongoing situation with the COVID-19 virus. TEDxKyoto leaders take the safety and health of all our speakers, performers, participants, partners, and volunteers very seriously and made
this decision with that first and foremost in our minds.
We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with the Kyoto
International Conference Center for a new date, November 8th, 2020, and our staff will be working diligently to ensure a successful event.
Please note that if you have already purchased an ‘Early Bird’ ticket for TEDxKyoto, May 10th, you will be receiving an announcement from Peatix regarding the refund procedures.
All refund and cancellation charges will be covered by TEDxKyoto, and not the individual purchaser.
If you purchased your ‘Early Bird’ ticket via credit card, Peatix will automatically process a full refund via your credit card company.
If you purchased your ‘Early Bird’ ticket via ATM/convenience store payment, please follow the instructions sent to you from Peatix to allow for a refund payment to your bank account.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this rescheduling may cause, but also feel it is the best decision considering the circumstances.
